WHY WE EXIST
The RVSL Foundation exists to bring Christ-centered restoration to vulnerable populations by addressing the root causes of generational trauma. Our mission is to reverse cycles of brokenness through prevention, education, and healing—equipping the Church to be a frontline responder in this redemptive work. Under the RVSL umbrella, we champion a range of strategic initiatives designed to intervene early, walk with families through crisis, and restore dignity and hope in the lives of those impacted by abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
Whether through equipping marriages, supporting foster families, or offering safe environments for trauma recovery, the RVSL Foundation serves as a catalyst for transformation. We provide oversight, accountability, and spiritual covering for our ministry partners and programs, ensuring both compassionate outreach and operational integrity. When churches partner with RVSL, they’re not simply supporting a program—they’re investing in a Gospel movement that brings healing to the wounded and wholeness to entire families, one heart at a time.
WHY WE EXIST
The RVSL Foundation is the umbrella organization for several transformative initiatives, with Lonesome Dove Ranch being our flagship program. Our foundation’s mission is to create lasting, generational change by reversing negative life trajectories through comprehensive care, innovative programming, and faith-based transformation. Through the foundation, we’re expanding our impact beyond camps to include residential care facilities, preventative services, and family support initiatives.
As the parent organization, RVSL Foundation ensures professional oversight and accountability while preserving the personal, relational approach that makes our programs effective. Corporate gifts and grants to Lonesome Dove Ranch are processed through the RVSL Foundation, combining heart-focused ministry with the professional excellence donors expect.

OUR FOUNDERS
Dr. Bryan and Haley Jarrett are the heart behind RVSL Foundation, united by a shared passion for restoration, healing, and faith-driven impact. Married in 1993 after meeting at church camp, they have spent their lives together in ministry, working to bring hope to those who have experienced trauma, hardship, and abandonment.
Bryan, Lead Pastor of Northplace Church, holds degrees from Central Bible College, Oral Roberts University, and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. An author, speaker, and global advocate, he is passionate about missions and compassion work. Haley, shaped by a childhood in a foster-inclusive home, has dedicated her life to mentorship, advocacy, and creating healing spaces—a passion that continues to guide RVSL Foundation’s vision.
Together, Bryan and Haley founded RVSL Foundation to create a lasting impact with a vision that extends beyond a single program, Through faith, advocacy, and innovative care models, they continue to lead RVSL in its mission to reverse cycles of brokenness and create pathways to hope and transformation.
