The Team

Dr. Bryan and Haley Jarrett are the heart behind RVSL Foundation, united by a shared passion for restoration, healing, and faith-driven impact. Married in 1993 after meeting at church camp, they have spent their lives together in ministry, working to bring hope to those who have experienced trauma, hardship, and abandonment.

Bryan, Lead Pastor of Northplace Church, holds degrees from Central Bible College, Oral Roberts University, and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. An author, speaker, and global advocate, he is passionate about missions and compassion work.

Haley, shaped by a childhood in a foster-inclusive home, has dedicated her life to mentorship, advocacy, and creating healing spaces — a passion that continues to guide RVSL Foundation's vision.

Together, Bryan and Haley founded RVSL Foundation to bring reversal to cycles of abuse, neglect, and exploitation — building survivor-centered programs that create pathways to healing and lasting freedom for children, youth, and families.
