The Mission
The RVSL Foundation exists to bring reversal to cycles of abuse, neglect, and exploitation by providing survivor-centered care, restoring hope, and creating pathways to healing and lasting freedom.
RVSL serves as a catalyst for change, disrupting cycles of hopelessness through prevention, intervention, education, and restoration, while walking alongside individuals and communities as they transform their lives and the lives of their future generations to come.
The RVSL Disruption Strategy
RVSL helps people break free from cycles of trauma by identifying the moments when change is most possible. We study the lived experiences of foster children, at-risk youth, and survivors of sexual human trafficking to understand the environments, patterns, and key moments that shape their lives.
These critical turning points — we call them Disruption Markers — guide how and when we step in with targeted, trauma-informed care that addresses healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Within each program, this approach is tailored to each individual's unique story.

Our Approach to Restoration
Restoration is not a single moment — it is a long obedience of safety, relationship, and opportunity. Our programs create environments where individuals are protected, known, and equipped, so that healing has room to take root and hold.
We serve children and youth in the foster care system, youth aging out of care, survivors of trafficking and exploitation, and families in crisis — alongside the churches, caregivers, and communities that surround them.
